Inspire by Tiffany Boutique was created by myself, Tiffany Pankratz. I have grown up around the retail industry and my grandmother has owned her own boutique in Texas since I was very young. I have looked up to her and grown up learning about the business and aspiring to someday have my very own boutique. I grew up with the love and passion for fashion, accessories, and gifts and learned that it was my calling. I have an eye for design and trends and know that feeling of finding a perfect gift or outfit for myself or someone else. That joy of giving a gift to someone that is from the heart and something you know they will never receive from anyone else. But most important of all, I wanted to create a boutique that was targeted to all levels of income! Everyone deserves to be able to buy that perfect outfit or gift and not feel guilty about their purchase. That's why everything I sell is targeted at $60 or under! It is all for fashionable women looking for affordable prices!

The first store opened September of 2010 in Olathe, KS. It has been an amazing experience and my store is filled with fixtures and artistry from my friends and family. It has definitely been a project of love. We also are continuing to do private parties at the store where people can invite their friends after closing hours and have the whole store to themselves! I truly believe life is too short to not do the things that drive our hearts and motivate ourselves to impact the lives of others. If I can touch people through my business then I am fulfilling a dream that I have always had. My life motto is "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined" by Henry David Thoreau. I find myself buying anything that has that saying on it because when I look at it, it serves as a reminder to me of what life is about. I want to fill my boutique with merchandise that does the same thing for other people. Maybe it is a simple purse, necklace, or dress. But if someone looks at it and thinks of someone else or just wears it and finds confidence within themselves, then that is a small victory in our day to day happiness.

I also want to thank everyone who has supported me through this process. My family and friends have been amazing. I am truly blessed to be surrounded by these amazing people in my life. They are people that build you up and do not let you fall. My husband and parents have been there to support me through anything and everything I have needed. My sister-in-law Erin is the most amazing artist I know and has created the logo, marketing efforts, murals, point of sale, and more. I don't know what I would have done without her! My grandmother has been my inspiration and has given me the wisdom through her own successes and failures to make business successful. My friends have been my inspiration through their thoughts and prayers and for just being amazing support system. They are also my first and best customers and have been the best marketing I could have asked for.
